Injury Recovery & Prevention

We offer a comprehensive program for injury recovery and prevention to help our clients reach success, whatever that looks like for them. Each of our two programs compliment each other and work seamlessly together, helping clients to make the most of their PT, transition into active life after injury, or address imbalance to prevent injury.

Office Hours:

One of the greatest barriers to success in physical therapy and injury recovery/prevention is consistency and motivation.

‘Office Hours’ are designed to help address this barrier. Sign up for your 15-30 min appointment to do your PT or fitness plan workouts in a supervised and encouraging environment. These appointments can be booked 1-5 times a week depending on your goals and schedule.

We'll work with you and your therapist to make sure you get the most out of your program, and help you transition out of your therapy into a strong active lifestyle.

Physical Therapy

Our mission is to help people find their Glad Life. Our approach to physical therapy is to teach people about how their bodies works so they can heal themselves. We have a holistic, whole person approach to PT that includes a model for making the most out of you program and transitioning you into an active life post injury.

Dr Megan Brothen, DPT has her doctorate from the University of Wisconsin. She is a former triathlete, Yoga teacher and Crossfit level 1 coach. Her diverse background in athletics and outdoor adventure has given her a comprehensive toolbox to help her clients whatever their goals or injuries.

Sessions:

  • 90 min initial consultation

  • 60 sessions (includes at home program)
